This week is providing a good number of opportunities for people to congregate and be a part of something broader. From the filling of bars cheering for Team USA to the packed movie theaters of Harry Potterites, people seem to come together in the name of sport, art, and music. I am curious, however, as to how we create these opportunities to link up as a unified group during our leisure time while simultaneously creating business structure that, at times, subjugates individuals for the benefit of others. In Larry Crowne, Tom Hanks does a wonderful job of satirizing this particular occurrence in our world.
I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Thursday! If you go to the movies tonight, have fun! I, myself, am saving my midnight showing for Winnie the Pooh.
